On Friday, October 15, 2010 Fashion Fights Poverty celebrated its 6th Annual Benefit at Artisphere. All of this would not be possible without you. The Fashion Fights Poverty board of directors and team would like to sincerely thank you for your support this years as we continue to raise funds for our community youth program with Woodrow Wilson High School and our microfinance partnership with Kiva.
Please consider donating $5, $10 or $20 to FFP’s important community youth programs, micro-financing projects abroad and other activities by clicking here. |
With this year’s theme being RAW, FFP took an uncut approach of displaying and recognizing eco/ethical designers. In raw form, guests were able to interact with models and designers, taking an up close and personal look at garments.
Gerry Coats was presented with FFP’s inaugural Avant-Garde Inspiration Award for his dedication, commitment, and support for his community and our organization. |
| Check out photos and highlights from this years event at www.fashionfightspoverty.org, on YouTube and Facebook.
FFP would like to thank our sponsors, designers, guests, and supporters for making the 6th Annual Ethical Fashion Showcase one of the most innovative and exciting fashion events of the season.
